Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TrustNet Secure Private Limited ("TrustNet Secure", "we") processes your digital personal data when you use trustnetsecure.com or contact us. We act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") for data collected through this website.

We collect only what each form needs. Please do not submit passwords, suspicious files or other people's personal data through our forms.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given through the checkbox on each form, or — for the emergency form — because you voluntarily provided it to request our help with a specific incident. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example website hosting and security, email and CRM tools), with our partner TechDefence where it is needed to deliver a service you requested, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client engagement records are kept for as long as the contract and applicable law require. Website security logs are kept for 180 days, in line with CERT-In Directions. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use HTTPS throughout, access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption for stored engagement data, and monitoring of our systems. In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by the DPDP Act and Rules.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
