FAQ

24/7 Incident Response — common questions

What should we do first?

Disconnect affected devices from the network, do not delete or reinstall anything, and call us. Our Emergency page has a full "do this now" checklist.

Do we have to report the incident to CERT-In?

Many organisations must report certain incident types to CERT-In within 6 hours of noticing them, and regulated entities may also have to inform RBI, SEBI or IRDAI. We help you prepare the report.

What is an IR retainer?

A pre-agreed arrangement so that terms, contacts and onboarding are done before an incident happens, letting us start faster when you call.
